Irresistible

 

It wasn't what I had gone looking for, but at £5 for a huge West German 1970s vase, I found it irresistible. I didn't want the flowers, just the vase, which was just as well as they smelt of cigarette smoke.

I've taken my mum to this week's 2 hospital appointments, done her shopping, paid her bills, made play doh ready for tomorrow's craft activity with the little one, booked myself an appointment at the opticians for Thursday morning, cleared out some more unwanted things, fixed a squeaky door, filled some holes in a wall and repainted, and finalised arrangements for next month's celebration weekend... and it's only Tuesday!
