That soup


Onions, garlic, carrots, frozen broccoli and cauliflower, 2 vegetable Oxos, water, seasoning

Cooks quickly so cheap on fuel costs.

Approximately 53 calories per generous serving

    Does that 53 calories include a couple of thick slices of fresh, hot crusty bread smothered in proper butter m'dear he asked hopefully....

      I wish I could tell you it did, but even with the crusty bread and some butter it would be okay for lunch for a working man!
