Hi Scarlet, I hope with the right treatment for those 2 things ( appreciate you have other conditions too) that you feel better soon. My son had B12 deficiency and was really unwell and felt very low with it. Two vitamin deficiencies together must be dreadful. Best wishes, Kay
Thank you. The vitamin D treatment lasts 7 weeks. From what I remember from last time it took quite a long time to feel better. My B12 is still classed as normal as it's above 200, even though it's dropped from nearly 700 and I've got symptoms. I'll go back if I continue to feel rough.
I took don't hold much regards for the multi vitamins when a person has clear specific deficiencies. I battle with Vitamin D and periodically have to get the mega doses. The weeks or months leading to that are exhausting so I can relate just a bit with you.
Thanks SAM. Vitamin deficiencies sound so innocuous don't they, yet can make people feel terrible. It doesn't matter how much I sleep at the moment, I still wake up tired.
Thanks Joan. I'm on megs doses of vitamin D for 7 weeks, but because my B12 is still classed as normal I'm treating it myself with the strongest tablets I can buy. I'm craving meat at the moment, so eating more of that too.

DeleteFingers crossed that the correct dosage of both Vitamin D and B12 will quickly ease your symptoms. Best wishes, Joan
