Hospital again

I have to go back to hospital this afternoon. 

I can hear air going through it again... its hissing.

The doctor's response when he called me back and asked what was happening?

'Oh my god'

I've seen him twice before so he's aware of what's happened so far.

I'm probably going to need some more stitches this afternoon. 

He's going to need help, because I can't move the side of my face that he needs to get to.

It's like a nightmare that I can't wake up from.
