We had plenty of smiles and laughter as we walked, ran and played on the beach yesterday evening, revelling in the longer daylight hours, and watching as the sun went down.
The beach was more like a lunar landscape, and our little one had a great time running between the holes and jumping into them ( their hip seems to be recovered now).
This afternoon there will be trees, and more smiles and laughter, as we head to the woods.
Beaches are fascinating as the tide changes the landscape daily. I love reading that you're enjoying your time.
ReplyDeleteThanks SAM. It's much easier to find the positives while we're away. Life is simpler there, which suits me. The beach never disappoints, whatever the weather... I'll be forever grateful that we are close to it for half the week.
