Aw Scarlet, I'm so sorry for you. At least none of you were injured, although injuries don't always manifest until a day or two later. Things can only get better, surely. xx
Thanks Sooze. The bloke is being a complete and utter **** about it despite admitting fault. If we claim, our car will likely be written off and we won't get enough of a payout to buy another one with such low mileage. It's sickening. Since J retired, everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong. I feel cursed and am at a really low ebb today, dreading my check up tomorrow and now all the aggro with this when I can barely speak coherently to anyone.
